as can be read by the ECU, if you don't have your EPROM set to expect 1/2 the reading (dool pop chip), it will be unable to read airflow over what is required for ~450WHP. That is the main reason people go with a dual pop setup to get around that limitation (yes also for increased airflow).
So, if you don't have a dual pop chip you set your SAFC to ADD...If you DO have a dual pop chip you set it to AVE.
