Message	Unless he was a state trooper he should not be ticketing people out of his jurisdiction. Definiltey go to court, or call the county and ask them if you can take a driver ed course so no points go on your record. I cleared 2 tickets this way @ [ www.drivinguniversity.com ] BEST 1/4mile 11.92 @ 117mph.
