Message	Normally when the input bearing goes bad it makes noise anytime the trans/clutch is engaged. When the trans makes noise only in 4th it is usually the main bearings or noise in all gears but 4th it is normally the countershaft bearings. [ www.drivetrain.com ] has the rebuild kit for our trans, Comes with all the bearings/seals and gaskets for around $125... I have used a few of the bearing kits and they are the identical bearings.. They have the syncro kit for a little over $200.. Just one input shaft bearing from nissan is around $60.. Althou some of the parts that normally go bad are very hard to get as in the input shaft, 4th gear hub/sleeve ect.
