I would recommend getting below 12.5 if possible. Then again, you're all the way up in Buffalo, so I guess you don't have the scorching hot kind of days we do down here im Miami, so you may be ok. Also, were you watching your boost gauge? (I'm assuming you have an aftermarket one). Because you may have been making more boost than what the dynos show, and then if that were the case, the air may have been getting superheated and backed up into the turbos (which is why the boost may have decreased in the higher rpm range).
