| that marque has come leaps and bounds since the C4. You have to assess what you are getting and the price you are getting it for too. As much as they have to skimp on the interior quality, I think the C6 is nothing to puke over. Yes after a brief stint as a salesman at a chevy dealershipin the late 90's I realized that GM was relying VERY heavily on ignorance for its car sales. Way too many people who were buying their cars were doing so because they were "a chevy family" or "have always owned chevys" they couldnt see beyond their irrational dislike for foreign cars to realize they were buying junk. Marketing success, appealing to the stupid. Hopefully before they go belly up, GM will sell Corvette to someone or some entity that will be dedicated to its preservation and maintaining some level of quality standards to make it worthy of a premium classification. Maybe the russian guy who bought TVR?
