| Yes I mean you. Removing body panels and replacing them w. plastic for weight savings while you still (presumably) have a full interior, etc. is just plain stupid. You are comprimising the saftey of your vehicle. If you plan to drive your car on the street, you have really no business looking to replace hatch or doors w. plastic parts. Removing weight off the back end of a nose heavy vehicle is not smart, the hood, fascia & fenders don't weight shit in stock form BY DESIGN. You seem to have a simplistic view of how the can will be effected by these ideas. If you want to test your theory, grab a friend & take off your hatch. Try to drive w. out getting the back end around the front.
