Message	in the engine that isn't getting as dissipated as it would if the engine was still running (and circulating coolant). Given the ambient temps, and the short time between shutting it down and starting it up, I'd speculate that you don't have much to worry about. But it's still a good idea to go through the steps I've outlined above.
