For a college advisor you must be pretty bad. I've had better advice from the dung on my shoe. You've gone the least expensive route, from what it seems, in your profile. Now is time for the larger upgrades, which is what EVERYONE has told you. Comprendé? And you yourself said that you didn't have a deep pocket, so don't be hypocritical. Quit the college advising job, it won't do well the way you're going.
