Message drilling and rewelding the actuator arm is not required. It does provide better balance between the turbos.

You'll need to do it on just about any turbo you buy - manufacturers don't do it.

Clocking is required, but very easy. Clocking should be done with any turbo for best fit.


The grinding, etc is easy.
