#1. The IC design is flawed. You would have boost coming from each side of the IC and colliding in the middle, and the top end tank would be too narrow for all of that air. My suggestion for that would be to design a Siamese twin type dual intercooler with the boost from the right side goes through the right side of the IC and left boost for the left part of the IC. Boost would flow up into their own end tanks(right and left and flow out separately and join up in a Y pipe to combine the two intakes in a large single pipe.#2. To me, a single 75mm TB would be a smaller and more restrictive than two 50mm stock TBs. I would suggest figuring out the area of two 50mm diam circles and take that area and see what size of a single circle(TB) you would need to be at least even with the area of the two 50mm circles(stock TBs), and perhaps up size the single TB even larger than that. #3. The plenum design looks very restrictive because you still have 3 runners on one side of the engine, but those 3 runners are now trying to efficiently feed 6 cylinders now. I would suggest a single surge tank design that mounts above the 6 ports for this design So in all, the IC, the TB size, and the plenum all need to be re designed IMO.
