Message	original size and see how crappy it looks compared to the original. Best way to reduce size when posting and not have to keep a reduced size pic along with full res pic on your drive is to simply post the full size version but add: width="XXXX" to the end of the image tag just before the last bracket thing. usually widths of 800-1000 fit most screens nicely.
