Message pressure drop and the Massives were around 1.5psi. This was at the maximum flow only though - at lower RPM there was less of a pressure drop.

I think you are confusing some things here though. The turbine housing and pressure drop across the intercooler are two different, unrelated measurements. Changing the A/R of the turbine housing will not affect the pressuredrop across the IC core.
