intentional, but rather due to an overloaded phone system. We sometimes get over 300 calls a day. Not trying to make excuses, but it is being portrayed as something done with malicious intent. Regardless, we have recently made changes to the system to alleviate the problem. More calls are transferred to voicemail now (which are returned), but at least they don't get as much of the runaround and potential for getting disconnected. We apologize if this has or does inconvenience anyone, however there are only so many phone calls we can answer during a given day. Some might suggest hiring more people to do it but training more people than we already have to answer questions of this highly specialized nature is impractical for us at this time. Growth is not in Z1's business plan for the near future. We are large enough already and are focused on quality and efficiency.
