Message	:car? I just had an ECU chip sent to me that is programmed for a 5 speed, but it was supposed to be programmed for an automatic because my car is an auto. My problem is that I need to drive the car soon, probably before the correct chip can arrive. It is a TT with 555 injectors and everything else is tuned correctly. So what will the car do if I try to drive it with that ECU? Not shift? :thanks I am curently running a manual ecu with an auto trans in my turbo. It runs fine. Doesn't shift great but it shifts. I say try it, I did and was surprised.
