Message	take in so much, the rest gets wiped off on your buffing towels. Apply as thin a coat as possible (helps make removal easier among other thigns). And the reason you might add a 2nd coat of wax sometimes is to catch any spots you might've missed on your first coat, not to try to gain any appreciable kind of "film build".
