Message	if it weren't small and off the side and shady - if it flowed around more. Then I think it would be great to hang out on. The patio is, like you guessed, outside the rec room, and would be much more inviting if you didn't have to watch your step as soon as you stepped out to avoid twisting your ankle on the bumpy bricks.
