Message I thought the AL ones made the car sound like I installed a large electric motor in the back. Dull hum at speed. And you could hear the diff click when shifting.

Delrin made it sound like a much smaller electric motor and no noticable clicking.

There was also a resonance at 2500 rpm (@60 mph) that was was annoying. With the Leader gears I cruise around at 3000 rpm and out of the resonance so that was a nice bonus.

The problem with putting in the aluminum is that you have to cut out the OEM shells. The ES urethane ones use the shells. If you don't like the AL then you either get Delrin or buy OEM again. You can't buy just the shells for the ES to work.

Once you've got the time into getting the OEM ones out (super sucks) swapping to delrin or OEM will be cake.
