I am not familiar with that sub, but if it is a dual 4 ohm voice coil and you are series "ing" it (as per your diagram) you are running your amp at an 8 ohm load. Which is prolly making your amp put out 1/2 as much power as it could to your sub. If you wire the sub in parallel (plus on amp to plus on speaker, minus on amp to minus on speaker. Then jumper plus of one voice coil to plus of other and minus to minus.) This will cause your amp to see a 2 ohm load which will quadrouple the power the sub is getting as compared to the series wiring. Just make sure your amp can do a 2ohm load or you burn up the amp.
