Message	about this guy before I dealt with him. This is true. As for the feedback system having many flaws, I am very aware of this and have been for a long time. Sellers often require buyers to leave feedback before the seller leaves it for the buyer -- this should not be allowed. Since PayPal is now tied into the system, it would be much easier to require the seller to leave feedback first (since eBAY knows the payment has been made in most cases). Anyway -- I should've checked more into this guy's feedback, true, because his negatives are exactly indicative of what is happening here -- he doesn't respond to email and it seems the moment you complain, he stops working with you. At any rate, why are all of you ripping on me ??? I'm just warning people to stay away from this guy. Wasn't looking for a slap on the hand.
