Message	If Dee had work done and owed them money, there should have been a payment method and charge amount agreed upon. Did he honestly expect to leave with his car and not pay for anything? Again, not saying what SGO did was right or ethical, but Dee was rather careless as well. Not sure why he thought he could roll out with his car and a ~$1500+ bill and not pay for it.
