| This morning I made a post in response to a post about a problem at SGP. I have never dealt with Kyle or with SGP or IPP. I have supported many vendors on this board and a few know me when I call or order. I regret having posted what I did today and all I can say is I was mistaken, and had my opinion formed by an old dispute, and wished I had been more accurate. The very negative post that I got my info from is still available under search. When I read it - at the time it was posted - I said I would simply not deal with any of them, because it was a mess. It turns out that it does not portray an accurate characterization of Kyle or his business practices I appreciated Kyles post in response to mine and e-mailed him when I realized I was wrong and apologized. He accepted and took the time to very kindly reply. I wanted to do that here too, to try and insure no one is misled by my words. The damage done by the negative post with at least one potential customer (me) was undone by Kyles consideration and willingness to reach out to someone who had made a negative post about him. That says alot about him. I don't know how I could be uncomfortable with him after that gesture. As for the others who called me various names and asked that I be banned, thats all you. I do not know anyone personally on this board, so no one can speak up for the kind of person I am. No one I have ever done business with will say a bad word about me. In my 7 years of posting here I have not had an issue with anyone. Regardless of all that, I do not have to post on TT.net to enjoy the board, but I do want to right a wrong and that is why I am posting now, so please try to understand that. Anyway Kyle, I made the comment in public, I see I was truly mistaken, and it is in public that I apologize. Thanks to you for being so cool about it.
