on the 300 and lowered about an inch and a half with JIC's. I'd have to dig up my alignment specs for toe and caster. On the 350z I had a less than optimal alignment as I believe I had more camber in the rear than I did the front. Probably 1.5 deg front and 2.3 rear as I didn't have the front prototype SPL camber arms back then. It was lowered probably an inch and a half with the SPL/KTS coilovers. I was also running hoosiers on the 300 when I set the 2:01 lap time and I was running street tires on the 350z when I pulled the same lap time. I never thought it would be possible to get an NA 350z up to the same times as my TT z32, but was pleasantly surprised with the car when I did. I have also done a few more track days since the times I put down in the 300 so i'm sure there's a factor of learning curve involved. The 350 is just a very well balanced and predictable car with the suspension Kuah has set me up with. I've never driven it stock though so I can't report on that. The 300 handled great also the last time I had it on a track and I can't wait to get it running again to see what kind of times I can put down with it now and see if I've actually improved as a driver although it won't be a totally fair comparison as my set up will have changed drastically.
