Message	Over the past few months I have seen many postings in regards to Paypal's buyer protection policy. Out of personal experience, I can say that Paypal will not refund your money no matter what happens. I have had two incidents with Paypal, and it was obvious that I got ripped off ON EBAY, yet they still wouldn't refund my money. The same thing happened to my neighbor, brother, and two other friends. None of us got anything out of Paypal. The only way to get your money back is if you contact your credit card company. I think you have 60 days to do so, but some people say that you have up to a year. Bottom line: Paypal is safer than using cash, money order, or a cashier's check, because if anything goes wrong you could get your money back.
