| a buddy or something. Why give them a heads up to check your record? If they don't catch it, it is their fault. He would make more money by uping your rates as per company policy. I use to have all mine fixed, but the last one was a 72 in a 55 by a state trooper which is 3 points instead of 2. I called my lawyer and he said the state rarely makes deals and since I was 1 MPH away from a mandatory court apperance, he was sure he could get nothing done for me. I would still be in the same boat - only with a lawyer fee on top. I ate the ticket and nothing ever came from it. 3 years later the points are gone and I am no worse for wear. This was a MO state trooper on a MO state license. I am with Allstate insurance out of STL.
