Message	you are using a polish. Lately I have been claying when the car is still wet after I wash it. I wash the car as normal. I then clay with some wash soap mixed in with a spray bottle of water. Then rewash the panel. Dry the car then move on to polishing. This saves me a step of drying and using a quick detailer type lube with the clay.
