given car at reasonable temps (below 200 IMO) in the particular enviroment and driving conditions that car is going to be in. However even if it doesn't cool as well, but can still get the job done and meet the requirements above, then I consider it superior because of the inherent benefits. It's all a matter of the way each particular car is set-up, where you live, and the most extreme conditions you drive it in.
