Message	to talk with me. I am the new service manager and have been doing it for 3 weeks. I tried returning your call around 12PM EST with no answer. I also called again earlier and left a voice message. Please give me a call and I will help you get scheduled in for work. If Bob(former service manager) is the one who told you he would call when the parts arrived, he is no longer with us. I wasn't informed of the situation. I check and return my voicemails everyday, sorry for any problems this has caused.
