:show them that you're serious by booking an apointment and going there to talk to Russell. :A 5 hour drive isn't too bad, and you'd get a face-to-face feel for them and their shop. 3000 dollars is a lot of money, it's worth a little drive IMO.
Well first I am not a kid. I am 48. Second I don't have two days to waste just going over to talk. I want to take the car to them and have several things done. One required parts they had on order. They were supposed to call when they came in. They never did. I finally called back and the parts were in stock. I asked to book an appointment. parts guy can't do that. Refers me to another person who is in a meeting. Leave a voicemail and don't get a callback. Call again. Person is on the phone. Leave a message and no call back. Everyone is always in a meeting and not available to talk. I live in NC. Anyone have any other good shops in the NC area to work on a Z? George
