it is essentially a turn key turbine with a few modifications, that was strapped to a car. It is strapped to a beetle. I don't care what amount of thrust you put on the back of the beetle, it isn't going to handle well, and you're not going to get any performance out of it other that "hey, that's cool... most people would have more sense than to do that, but i guess it is cool nonetheless" Sure, his attention to detail in recreating other people's work is great, and he did some fun paint work. I'd be much more impressed with someone putting time and money into a sports car that has all around performance, rather than "being different." But then again, as i pointed out, a turbine powered car is nothing new, they've been around for more than 50 years:
La-Z-Link La-Z-Link La-Z-Link Doing it right would include having accessories run off of the turbine, a stable platform for performance in excess of 150mph, and brakes that are sufficient to stop it.
