If you have a log style manifold that flows well (greg's inconnel, MSP, and ablers), and one that can be thermally insulated (Ablers can be coated; MSP can be coated and also utilizes factory heat shields) and you compare it to an equal length manifold bleeding heat all over - the results would be interesting (my bet is they would have different looking curves but I wouldn't be suprised if there wasn't a clear winner).

I think it is silly for you to discount the value of heat in the exhaust on turbo cars, and I don't mean to discount the value of an equal length design. However, until they can be made to withstand being insulated in the same way current prefomance cast log-style manifolds can - I can't get excited about such a design.
