1200w might be a little too much for the Z unless you really like bass that much. In terms of speakers, I'm pretty biased toward anything Infinity. Their speakers are quality and you don't have to spend a pretty penny. Good thing about them too is that you don't need to put a lot of power into them to make them hit hard. I would say 600 total wattage would be WELL enough for 2 10" Perfects. But If you seriously insisnt on using all 1200w then I suggest getting 2 12" Perfects 4+4 DVC. Wire the voice coils on each sub in parallel, and then wire the subs in parallel, and you get 1ohm. Don't know if your amp can handle 1ohm, but that would probably allow you to get the most out of your amp... if it can handle 1 ohm....
