Message	Cop feels like giving you a ticket, cop finds something to ticket you for. Just about every subjective traffic/motor vehicle law is written to allow this. There is little if any logic exercised in designing these laws, thats why you find such contradiction and senselessness in so many of them. I wouldnt sweat it.
