| I never received an invoice, I asked several times for one as well. I did not "bitch" about shipping at all. I do not know why but paypal dropped the "hall" part of my address off(something which used to occur with alarming frequency). Despite this fact I cannot think of any case in which any of my mail was not delivered. I contacted rob about this and he agree to send my order again since as he put it, USPS was slow about return service and it would be some time before my original shipment returned to him. That was the first and only time that a shipping snafu occured. It was after that time that Rob became unresponsive. Please Halo, If your going to defend Rob, please at least come up with accurate information, I did not complain about shipping in any public or private email. A single small error in my address occured and was corrected. I do not blame rob for this and was not making any complaint of that. If it sounded otherwise it was only because I was trying to present the information wholly so that all points could be seen. However there is nothing to excuse why he has refused further contact with me. At this point I realize I wont be getting my money back, and I have nothing to lose by posting this publicly and giving the full information and letting the other forum members see the "feedback" I have to give.
