Message	hood at the time I needed a hood a couple of years back. I also liked it at the time. I didn't like the look of the hood pins and figured that since the company didn't specify why they recommended pins, I figured that they were for "looks" only. Either way, this happened due to lack of cable lubrication and now I have to get a new windshield and fix the roof somehow and won't be able to go out and enjoy my Z until its fixed which I'm sure will cost alot more than I can afford right now. My choice of installing the hood shouldn't be criticized, seeing that it IS my car and I do as I wish. If it really makes a big difference in YOUR life, let me know.
