| This has come up a few times over the years (with a prime example posted earlier today). Myself and a few others have had it happen and since people always ask where the PCV pipes are and how this can happen, I decided to post a pic. I'd recommend that if you have ever had your PCV pipes off for any reason that you pull them out again and use a good epoxy to secure them into place. Maybe even epoxy them if you've never had to touch them. Just be careful when you take them off and don't blame me if you go all gorilla with a pry bar. It should be fairly easy to get them off without much force. If you're totally paranoid and far from mechanically inclined, have your mechanic do it the next time you see him. Anyway, this is the only known way that I've heard of for the throttle to stick. One or both of these can pop out and inhibit the throttle body linkage which you can see right next to it.
