I thought the problem with machining the old style plenum was that the new injectors don't sit deep enough to provide unimpeded injector spray patterns... How does the new fuel rail address this problem? And call me cheap - but for $450 do you think the kit should come with the necessary fuel lines and fittings?? I hate buying a "kit" and then having to scrounge the local parts shops for everything the "kit" didn't include...
