Bill Brewer, supposely one of the very high rank officer --- answered my 1st phone call, but would never answered my calls nor called back. He and other lower rank officer, Mike Ryan, who then turned out to handle this pushed the duty to each others..... Sounds like they simply didn't care nor give a shit about it until the day I dressed up to head down to the lawyer. So, good luck to you all dealing with the "company" if you ever get your car screwed up at NTB! If you smell something fishy, a lawyer will get this taken care effectively!
