Message	personal knowledge that the actual guy doing the actual work on your carwas competent and wouldnt screw it up or half-ass it? Or would "go ahead and use shops that rely on volume and speed of turnaround for profitability to work on your Z, they are reliable and can handle your Z's needs" be more appropriate edict to live by as a Z owner?
