| clear a few things up. I am physically in Florida with Ash getting ready to leave for ZCONN ( more about that later ). Ash has two main priorities right now ( besides going to his sons graduation and doing family things today / yesturday ) 1) Finishing up the Electric fan / shroud group buy orders that are overdo because of his tuning trip to PA last month that lasted 2 weeks ( one week longer than expected ). These orders need to go out today to satisfy people that have already paid and have waited longer than they should due to outside reasons. 2) Finishing up his Z so that it can make the drive to ZCONN TODAY from Florida. With all the prototype parts that he has on his car, his R+R is alot more involved. I am looking at his car now and we need to get on the road ASAP. 3) All the points listed here 4) In reference to the last few weeks, I can't speak to all of it - I can only speak to what I know. But I do know that he spends alot of time on his business and does need to juggle his family life as well. When he takes business trips , it's hell before he leaves and hell when he returns - a ton of catch up. Ash has recently set up a process / system / new help / assistant whatever you want to call it to assist with customer service because he is finding out that he is traveling more so than originally expected. I know from the emails that I get for Ash Spec stuff that they can be overwheling. I'm sure when he has drilled down his process he will post about it. Back to getting the Z ready.
