In contrast, great customer service is only one of many things Ash has to do, so it gets away from him from time to time. Note the difficulties with the 300 degree fuel rail, and the fancy new manifolds. Innovators do not always meet schedules, and even after a successful run or two the parts are not mass produced for immediate in-stock purchase. Innovators also have other things to do, occasional family emergencies (as with the 2006 Z calendar), and other circumstances that take them out of action -- and away from email -- without warning. If you would grow up, you might realize that, and make less of an ass of yourself online. You can't always have everything you want, when you want it. If occasional delays cause you to throw a hissy-fit, then maybe you shouldn't buy products from a private-party innovator until they are well established with a product line. Beemc was just asking about Ash. He might even be concerned for Ash's welfare. You sir, and 300zib(NoVA), are just acting like jackasses.
