Message is this due to the muffler cans themselves or the larger diameter piping? i remember doing a search on this and it was posted that the piping is not a true 3" system. a bit larger than 2.5" (maybe 2.75"?). so hypothetically if i changed the H-pipe, should i regain the low-end that i lost? i do notice that the car pulls very hard in the highway with the hipers though.

so must it be a tradeoff? low-end torque with 2.5" piping OR high end pull with larger piping? anyway we can have BOTH? would a pulley give back the low end power that i lost?
