Message	I bought 2.5" resonated catback from Specialty-Z for my 2+2 and FedEx damaged one of the flanges. Specialty-Z paid for shipping, repaired it, and shiped it back on the day they got it. On top of that, they gave me an used OEM H-pipe in excellent condition (I only paid for shipping) so I can keep my hearing... :{ They could have said: "Sorry, it's what you asked for." but they spent the extra effort on providing customer satisfaction. For that, I would pay extra anyday. Besides, that little extra I paid today to the , I'll get it back in the innovated products they provide for the Z community in the future.
