Message I want to publicly apologize for the issues that were happening at the shop with your vehicle. There is WAY more to the story than what was stated.

Many of the individuals that worked for me can/will attest to the actions that were shown towards you from my "business partner" Nick Karanikas.

I do apologize for the problems that did occur...I want everyone to understand that. While I was at the shop when you brought your car there Nick oversaw your entire engine swap in its entirety. I have workers that can attest to this. I want to also apologize for the rudeness Nick portrayed to you and your father on the phone that one day when your father called. Nick does not have the social skills to run a business what so ever.

There are many things that the members need to know about with what had happened. I won't get into details as its not for this however I will reply to your comments you made.

Your comment about "300ZX Expert"...I don't badge myself anything but a business owner and a supplier of Z parts for the Nissan Community. In no way shape or form do I label myself to others in the fashion you've stated.

Your car came into the shop needing an engine replacement due to the fact your NA threw a rod. I purchased this engine for you upfront from Osaka Motors from Canada. We installed your new/used engine and it resulted in bearing failure from a bad oil pump. I do not warranty a used engine from an importer...the importer warranties these not the installer. I warranty the installation only.

Regarding the issue with the money in replacing that engine again I want you to know that it was not my decision to inform you of the additional payment...that was Nicks demand that he bestowed onto me to inform you. Now I am not pushing the buck onto Nick, however I will give you the gods honest truth as to what was happening. If it means anything Nick is currently being saught after by the police (2 Warrants) with a $20,000 bail. I have a class action lawsuit against him for the monies he embezzled from me as well as the customers funds that he took for the "jobs" he said he completed. Of course this parlays on me as individuals came to AMZ for the service and the parts ect ect. The "behind the scenes" is what no one ever saw or wanted to hear.

I remember emailing you several times in telling you I had a replacement engine for you under warranty from Osaka but you never returned my emails so there wasnt much I could do as you would not return any of my attempts to get in contact with you.

Your statement about the bodywork. You know as well as I do that Nick was the individual that brought up the body work to you in wanting to fix it for you..not me. You called me for an engine replacement and Nick brought up the conversation about fixing your rear quarter panel. Nick did take it to Maaco as he thought he could get one over on someone. If you want me to post the signed check he wrote for your car I can glady show it to you. I have everything that this individual did to skate through cheating customers.

As I stated above....I want to publicly apologize for any issues you had. I want it also to be known that I did try and contact you several times with you failing to get back to me so that I could fix/resolve the issues. If I had it my way I would have done everything to the best of my ability to ensure you were taken care of.

Many of the members on tt.net and 3zc can attest to the amount of issues I had to go through. Many had to endure the time I had to ensure they received their parts and got the services they paid for when I was going through that rough time of leaving that shop in Moorestown. Again Im working on getting some resolution to these issues with Nick Karanikas.

I want to also inform everyone of the issues Nick caused to the Evo Community as well. Here is a post that was made about Nick not too long ago and in this thread it has almost EVERY customers complaint and issue that had gone down while they went to Nick for work. You will see the similarities in what Rob went through with the other customers that owned Evos.
