:Hi all - :did a search and didn't see any real consensus, so I thought I'd bring this up again, as my lower hose is looking very dry and cracked, so I might as well replace it with something better. :As I see it, there are two basic options - a hard lower pipe, or a silicone lower pipe: :Hard: :Z1 :Stillen :others/ebay/etc? :Soft: :Samco :Turbohoses :I see the Samco stuff available through Coz etc, and Z1 sells both of the hardpipe kits. My tendency normally would be to go with the Samco kit, since it is one piece, and that means fewer clamps and junctions to potentially fail. :But, what has emperical experience on the board been - which is the best way to go, for replacing the radiator hoses? (figure I'll do the upper/short pipe as well) :Cheers :-Jake I got the hard pipe on Ebay and just love it. It's mandrel bent aluminum with hose connectors and it works just great and I paid around $60.....whatever works.....Bill
