The story is one of our business clients makes some nice quality watches. Last week I was assigned to their factory doing their payrolls and financial statements.
I went to lunch with the owner and discussed about his business plan for next quarter. During our conversation, I happened to mentioned if he could make me a persolized watch. He just laugh and then continue doing his usual business talk.
After lunch, we headed back to our car and shook hand. While I was walking back to my car, he scream and call me to go to see him. I thought he just forget to asked something.
I was shock when he asked me if I am really serious about the personalized watch. I really didn't know what to say since they deal only with big corporation . He can't do just one watch, he is going to need atleast 50 pieces to cover the materials and miscelaneius expenses. He asked me what design or logo would be, and then I pointed the 300ZX logo on the center panel. And then he said that's easy. He mentioned also that he will charge me half price of the retail. price which I think it's a good deal.
So then now, here I am and just curious if you guys are interested? If any of you have an idea on the design,color(4 choices), please let me know. But for me a simple 300ZX logo with red face plate are enough . He send me this picture, he said these are the new watch they are making and will be ready in a couple of weeks. If we have enough members that interested I will let him know. My estimate price for these watch will be between $60-80 since I know that some of the watches they charges to some Corporation are between $120-175.
