Message	Depending on the amount added and who the manufacturer is the agent retards the paint from fully curing after it's painted. It's essentailly dry but remains flexable so the part can be handled for mounting purposes. It will harden completely and form a set to the paint. If the part is repostioned at a later time you risk the paint cracking, flaking, spidering etc.
