and I wonder how precise it really needs to be(in reference to the threads per inch on the shaft). I just guesstimated the length compared to the worn out stock ones I took off, and the car still tracked as well as before. Then yesterday I got new tires and it still had not been aligned since the weekend before when I swapped the tension rods. Still tracks just like it did. Anyway, point is I just wonder if it really matters *that* much that you have to have it 1/2 turn one way or another in length..... Mike
