| My sister lives in Carey, just outside Raleigh. It's a very nice, flourishing area. Good luck with the new job! As for emissions, just toss a set of stock cats on the car for testing. As long as your motor is running good, the cats should be plenty to get your car to pass. Thats what I do. I have downpipes and testpipes and I toss on my stock cats for emmisions and I haven't failed yet. It's easy and I only have to do it once every 2 years.
