| You have to rebuild a non-BB turbo. Like replace the bearings etc. A CHRA is a full center section for BB turbos that require no- "rebuilding". They just swap out from taking the Exhaust housing and Compressor housing off and bolting it to the new center section (CHRA). CHRA's are around ~$600/per section. Turbo rebuild kits are far less, I personally do not really like the idea of rebuilding a turbocharger. That is why I chose to use BB turbos.
