Message I do have to say that I enjoyed the hell out of it. I am a firm believer that cars are meant to be driven as much as humanly possible.

However, I've come to change that a little bit recently. With gas prices soaring, parts becoming less available for these cars and the idiot population on the roads increasing every day, I'm a fan of a DD if possible. The way I approached it was that I drive the Z any day where the weather is good and there's nothing on my "to do" list for the Z. If it's a bit misty out, drive the Pathfinder. Z needs an oil change, drive the Pathfinder. I still try to drive the Z as much as I "feel like it" but having the DD is liberating.

The most amazing thing I've felt this last month or so is the sharp increase in appreciation for the Z. Now that I drive something else completely different half the time, I get in the Z and it's amazing. Flat out awesome. From the handling and power to the simply comfortable feeling of the seats. I love it.

So if you have the means, try to get something as a daily car. If for some reason you can't, a TT can indeed be daily driven you just need to stay on top of things. Check your fluids EVERY time you get gas. Change that oil religiously and get a boost controller if you don't already have one so you can turn it down/off when the weather is bad.

"If I'm an asshole it's only because I've been turned into one by the sheer
amount of stupid people and stupid logic that dominate Twinturbo.net today."
